She might have an Olympic gold medal and a world record to her name, but this ex-swimmer is now showing off her talents on screen instead. So, what does she use to help her look amazing on and off camera?
1. Define-A-Brow Eyebrow Pencil, $12.50, by Maybelline New York. I have very long and unruly brows, so this helps to keep them in shape and in place all day.
2. Lucas’ Papaw ointment, $5.79, Lucas’ Papaw Remedies. I use this for everything – from mossie bites and splinters, to dry skin and as a lip balm. It really is a multi-purpose product and such a bargain.
3. Tinted Daywear, $29.99, by Invisible Zinc. I’m a big fan of sunscreen as I have very pale, freckly skin. I wear this under my make-up as a base when I’m shooting or on its own when I’m not. It feels good and, because of the tint, your skin doesn’t feel naked.
4. 3 in 1 Facial Cleansing Wipes, $6.99, by Johnson’s. I wear make-up most of the time, so it’s a gentle, quick and easy way to remove it after filming. I always keep them in my handbag or car to cleanse on the go.
5. Revitanail, $27.95, by Dr Lewinn’s Private Formula. My years of swimming really took their toll on my nails and this formula works wonders at repairing them.
6. Extra Body Styling Mousse, $4.29, by VO5. I have very fine hair, so I find this mousse gives it instant volume and body.
7. Cocoa Butter Formula, $6.99, by Palmer’s. This body moisturiser smells great, is non-greasy and very affordable. But most of all, it really combats dry skin.
8. Fluoride Toothpaste, $1.79, by Colgate Total. I travel a lot, so it’s my beauty essential. I have lots of these mini toothpastes dotted everywhere, just in case I forget.
