how to apply eyeliner
Big, round eyes: Run a soft eye pencil over the outer third of your upper and lower lashes. The lines should meet (like a sideways V) just beyond the outer corner of each eye. Grab an eyeliner brush and smudge the liner out and up at the corners to elongate them.
Small eyes: Follow the same technique as above, but do not connect the lines at the outer corners. Simply smudge them outward with a brush and line the inner rims of your lower lash lines with a lighter colour, like peach, to make the eyes appear larger.
Narrow eyes: To make your eyes seem more rounded, draw on liner so it’s thinner at both corners and thicker in the middle. Apply to upper lash lines only.
