There’s a world of snacks beyond the biscuit jar. These will nourish your body and give you the energy you need to exercise:

  • ¼ cup of trail mix (dried fruit with mixed unsalted nuts and seeds).
  • 200g natural yoghurt mixed with ½ cup mixed berries or a banana and one tablespoon of LSA (a mix of linseed, sunflower and almond).

  • Vegetable crudités with hummus or tahini.
  • Fruit smoothie made from your choice of milk, natural yoghurt, fresh fruit, LSA and bran.
