So, what do you want for Christmas? If all you're after is a bit of peace and quiet, then good luck! You have a lot to do this Yule, so peace and quiet might be elusive. Sneak in downtime when you can; turn your phone off, sit down, close your eyes and just breathe a bit. The inner peace this simple exercise will bring is what you really need this holiday season, even more than any presents.
