‘Tis almost the season to be jolly… However, it's a well-known fact that a lot of people find Christmas hard to deal with, not least because they're forced to spend time with family they manage to avoid for more of the rest of the year! If you want changes re: your family (or the people you live with) this year, you can make it happen. But you have to set your intentions.
