Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis split
There have been rumours for months, and finally, it’s been confirmed that Jonhnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have called it quits. A publicist for the pair told Entertainment Tonight "Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have amicably separated. Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children."

The rumours began when Depp was spotted at movie premieres unaccompanied by his partner earlier this year.

Paradis and Depp have been together for 14 years, share two children together and yet have never married. Depp has been engaged to four different women in the past: Winona Ryder, Kate Moss, Jennifer Grey and Sherilyn Fenn. However he’s only been married once to Lori Anne Allison from 1983-1985.

Lara Bingle is a hit
Last night saw the second episode of reality show Being Lara Bingle, and the public tuned in.

The show debuted to an audience of 925 000 last week, and last night’s episode stayed strong reaching 786 000 viewers. This drop of 139 000 is consistent with most new TV shows after their first night.

Network Ten’s most successful shows reach an audience of 750 000-950 000, so this means that Bingle’s one of them. With all the criticism she receives, it seems she may have finally been given a break.

Kristen knocks Angelina off the top spot
Kristen Stewart has been named the highest paid actress in the world.

This according to Forbes.com's annual highest paid screen starlets list. Last year the winners were Sarah Jessica Parker and Angelina Jolie, who tied for first. Stewart, who’s in Australia for the premiere of Snow White and the Huntsman, rose from third place on last year's list.
