What: Spotted out in London.
Chic or bleak:

Fashion editor Sinead Allen Shea says: Love her chic minimal look. The green blouse could be wrong but somehow it works and makes a good statement. However the shoes throw everything out, open toe sandals with opaques are always a bit questionable!

Junior fashion editor Irene Tsolakas says: I think Fearne looks chic minus the shoes. Her outfit is minimal with the hint of green in the shirt, which I love. She is also reflecting a little bit of the manstyle trend. It just went a little wrong when she added the animal print shoe but her top half makes the chic list.

Verdict: Chic(-ish)

What: Wearing a Givenchy couture dress at the Screen Actors Guild awards.
Chic or bleak:

Fashion editor Sinead Allen Shea says: Much too bridal for the red carpet! But, her understated hair and make-up redeem her slightly!

Junior fashion editor Irene Tsolakas says: She looks like she should be the bride in a rock star wedding. With the dress being white, having a split, beads off the hem (and all the extra beading detail); it’s just all a bit too much for the red carpet.

Verdict: Bleak
