What are you doing now?
I work on The Dazed Elite, a high-end label I launched a year ago.
What is your design philosophy?
Sophisticated sexiness, in which the wearer feels empowered.
Sources of inspiration?
Melbourne, with its amazing music, film scene and artists such as Vali Myers.
Who are your design heroes?
Although they aren’t my favourite designers, people like Vivienne Westwood and Rei Kawakubo. Throughout their careers they have changed the industry by challenging society’s ideas and expectations of fashion.
Best advice you've received?
“Don’t do it…” If someone says don’t, it drives me to pursue it even more.
