1. Information on how to participate in this offer forms part of these conditions of use. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. This offer is available in participating Mimco stores (not available in department stores) during the promotional period. Promotional period begins July 5, 2010 and ends on August 2, 2010. 2. Offer is available in Australia, not available in NT and Tas. 3. This offer is made by Mimco and not by ACP Magazines Ltd (ACP), publisher of madison magazine. ACP Magazines will not be held liable for any failure of Mimco stores to honour or fulfill the special offer. 4. To redeem the offer of $30 off your next full-priced Mimco purchase, present the Mimco gift card found in August 2010 issue of madison in store at the time of purchase. Offer can be redeemed when madison reader signs up to the Mimco database and presents the gift card. Upon presentation of an original gift card, the coupon holder will receive a $30 discount on the retail price of their purchase. 5. Offer is not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed as cash. Page must be original and surrendered at time of purchase. Only one gift card per person. Only original coupons will be accepted as valid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the original coupon be sent in as proof of purchase. 6. ACP and the Promoter are not responsible for any coupon that is lost, stolen, misplaced or tampered with in any way. This is the responsibility of the coupon holder. 7. Offer does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer. These are the responsibility of the voucher holder. 8. Offer valid on full-priced Mimco merchandise only while stocks last. Only one transaction per person can be made to redeem the offer. Offer not available when purchasing sale items and there is no credit on out-of-stock products. Gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Coupon holder must abide by all normal Mimco business guidelines. 11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACP, and its employees, excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage or personal injury, arising in any way out of a coupon holder participating in this offer, including, without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties; (b) coupons that are late, lost, damaged or misdirected prior to their receipt by the Promoter, or after receipt due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in the value of the offer to that stated in these conditions of entry; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a coupon holder. 12. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any coupon claimant; and/or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as deemed appropriate by the Promoter. 13.
